"Terms & Conditions", "Terms", or "T&C" terms of use also include: Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Confidentiality Policy, and Cookie Policy.
"We," "Us" "Ours" means Essaynut Freelance, a company registered in Kenya. Our registered office is at Hometown Village, Trust House Room 43, Kenya.
"User", "You", "Client" means a natural person, individual entrepreneur or a legal entity that is registered on the Website as the user and has accepted these Terms and anyone submitting, bidding, executing an order, uploading any information and transferring payments on this Website.
"Writer" is a person employed or other ways contracted by us as a freelancer, who provide research and writing services to the Client, according to the agreement with us.
"Account" means the personalized section of the Website, closed for public access, which is created after the User's registration. Account is personalized by Your Account name and password.
"Order" is an electronic request for a paid Service from the Client for a particular writing Service. Order specifies the scope of work and other requirements of the Client regarding the product.
"Product" is the result of an Order, which comes as original content, written and delivered to the Client in accordance with their inquiry as a digital document.
While registering with the Website, please use a valid email address where you can be reached. We may be required to contact you. Providing incorrect email address is a violation of these terms and conditions.
Client places an Order on the site by filling out the order form with all necessary details including paper type, academic level, number of pages, deadline, and detailed instructions.
A qualified Writer specializing in the field chosen by the Client will be assigned to work on your order. The Writer is responsible for obtaining all details of the job and delivering quality work.
You may communicate with support team through our messaging system. Please check messages regularly and promptly address any questions or concerns. You are not allowed to disclose personal information to Writers and ask them to work directly with you without using the Website.
When a job order is created by a Customer, you can track the status of the job. The possible statuses are:
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal as payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Payment is required before work begins on your order. The price is calculated based on academic level, number of pages, deadline, and any additional services requested.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, including any services or value added taxes, which may be applicable depending on the jurisdiction of the Services provided.
Each Order placed by the Client has a required volume, that is measured by the number of pages. One page equals to 275 words for double-spaced or 550 words for single-spaced. Upon the Product delivery the document received has to match the expected number of pages metric.
The Client may provide changes to the scope of work only if the Writer has not started the work yet. No changes can be made once the Writer has started working on the Order. Should the Order details increase in volume or complexity, additional charges may apply.
Should the Client require specific resource material to be utilized in the Order process, they must specify those resources and/or provide them to the Writer.
The Client may track the progress of their Orders by using their personal Account, where information about their Order and its status is displayed.
We guarantee to deliver your order by the deadline you specified. If we miss the deadline, you are entitled to a refund as per our Refund Policy.
Orders are delivered electronically through your Account dashboard and via email. It is the Client's personal responsibility to ensure availability of delivery channels.
The Client is held responsible for downloading the Product in a timely manner after the Product has been provided by us.
The Client has the right to request unlimited free revisions until satisfied with the product, provided that:

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after order completion.
When making a payment for an Order you agree it is for personal and non-commercial use only. The Product is provided as a model paper for research and reference purposes.
You are not allowed to reproduce, modify, distribute or display the Product in any way on the Internet or in the form of a hard copy beyond reasonable personal use.
